Getting Started

Starting ABA doesn’t have to be overwhelming. We guide families through each step with clear communication and support throughout.

1. Reach Out

The first step is getting in touch. Families can contact us through our website, email, or phone. There’s no commitment— it’s just a way to explore whether Little Chats may be a good fit for your child and family.

2. We Connect Within 24 Hours

Once we hear from you, we’ll reach out within one business day. We'll share a bit about Little Chats and our approach, and answer any questions you may have.

3. Intake Form

If it feels like a potential fit, we’ll ask you to complete a brief intake form. This form helps us gather basic information about your child, what you'd like ABA to help with, and insurance details so we can check coverage.

We'll meet with you virtually to discuss you child's strengths, interests, and areas of support needed. Afterword, we'll come meet your child in person and run an assessment to see how we can best support them.

4. Initial Evaluation

5. Plan Development

Based on all the information gathered, we'll develop a personalized and comprehensive treatment plan to support your child in areas such as communication, daily routines, play skills, and more. We'll meet with you to discuss this plan and make sure it aligns with your goals.

6. Begin Services

Once insurance approves the treatment plan, we work together to schedule sessions and begin therapy. Many families start small and adjust over time.
